Fill the Freezer Casserole Service

Personal chef services are perfect for busy families or professionals with little time to prepare healthy meals for themselves. Personal Chef services are also great for someone who does not have the desire to go grocery shopping or cook, yet wants to provide a home cooked meal for their family. A personal chef service is a much better alternative than restaurant dining or take out because they are prepared with your health and dietary requirements in mind and the ingredients are of the highest quality.

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service includes:

personal client consultation to plan a customized menu based on dietary needs, food preferences, and eating style.
custom menu planned specifically for the client
grocery shopping on cook day for the freshest ingredients available
meals prepared in the client's home on specified day
meals packaged and labeled for storage in refrigerator or freezer
reheating instructions for each meal
complete cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen

The cost of this service is based on an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour. Typically, the total cook time is 4 - 6 hours. There is also an additional charge of one hour for shopping and menu preparation. Food costs are generally around $100.00 and receipts will be furnished for payment. The first shopping trip will be a little higher as I will be purchasing containers for storage to be kept at your home. Typically, shopping is done at Publix/Sam's/Fresh Market. Should you request a specialty store not located in the service area (Whole Foods) there will be an additional $25.00 charge for time and fuel.

Please know that your home will be treated with the utmost respect on chef day. Your personal information is never, ever shared with anyone else and all access codes, keys, etc. are kept in an extremely secure location!

Grocery Shopping Service

In addition to your scheduled personal chef service, I will complete your other grocery needs so you have more free time. No additional trips needed for milk, bread, cleaning products, etc. Cost is $15.

Fill the Freezer

I will prepare four meals (usually casserole type) that will serve 4-8 people to enjoy anytime. Cost is $40.00/hour plus food costs. These can be packaged in smaller portions at your request.

Learn valuable information on how to choose and use your kitchen knives. The classes focus on safety and how
to cut different types of fruits and vegetables. There is a minimum booking of 4 participants.
